Day 52: Ole ole ole ole

Not up particularly early, but early enough to take advantage of the motel breakfast. Leaving it as late as possible, i checked out at around 11am. I headed down to the lake. The endless water, almost surfable waves and seagulls gave the full impression that this was an ocean. I called the new motel to check when i could check in. They said anytime was fine, so i made my way there immediately, i had some sport to watch. The new motel was about 3 miles out of town. I got there, checked in, got some lunch and made myself comfortable. The afternoon was spent flicking between the Ryder cup and the Nfl.

It was a joy to watch the final day of the golf, the American commentators getting slowly quieter throughout the day.

Not much else to talk about today, dinner consisted of probably the biggest McDonalds yet. The aim for tomorrow is Cleveland, by far my biggest city yet. A really enjoyable rest day, but gotta get back on the bike tomorrow.
